MYOFASCIAL RELEASE THERAPY

Myofascial Release Therapy is a very slow and deep treatment that works on releasing the fascia within in the tissues.  Fascia surrounds everything in the body -  the cells, tissues and structures of the muscles it is everywhere. The role of fascia is to support and protect and when it gets stuck or has limited movement so does all the tissue and structures around it and it can also  impact tissue that is far away from the  site . 
This treatment also helps improve the flow of blood and lymph, improving overall tissue health.
